Under this Programme KfW, on behalf of the German Government proposed to provide a credit line of up to EUR 50 million to the National Housing Bank of India (NHB) to either refinance energy efficient housing projects through HFCs and banks or to directly finance by providing loans to institutions such as public agencies, housing boards, development authorities, etc.

To carry out a detailed performance evaluation of major equipments and auxiliaries in the LPG import/export terminal with a view to identify thrust areas for energy conservation. b. To quantify the extent of energy savings/performance improvement that can be achieved.

The journey of light in rural villages of Rajasthan began with just two villages (Banganga and Jodhula) in June, 2008. Today, it has spread across two districts viz. Jaipur and Alwar taking the number of villages to 34.
