The 4th TERI-KAS conference will seek to unravel the linkages between energy resources and India’s national security agenda and strategy. The conference will specifically focus on the security challenges posed by alternative energy sources such as nuclear energy and uranium, hydropower and renewables, but will not exclude the security concerns pertaining to fossil fuels as well.
Awareness and sensitization of students on waste management, water and energy conservation issues in two Government schools in Delhi

The discussed project aspires to impart knowledge, raise awareness and sensitize a select group of students to make the school premises energy efficient, zero waste zone and conserve water and harvest rainwater. As part of the ITPS Study of Transport Sytem in Low Carbon Society, TERI is evaluating the different kinds of measures that could be taken so that the aggregate amount of CO2 emissions from all transport modes in India increase by the smallest possible quantity by 2050.
