The main objective in this pre-project is to build a holistic and integrated knowledge base that enables a quantitative analysis of the dynamic two way itneractions between climate change and aquaculture sector in a future full-project.
The objective of this project is to develop policy proposals for climate policies in maritime transport and aviation that generate climate funding for developing countries and have a reasonable chance of being acceptable to a major part of the international community. This is joint project with CE DELFT, TERI and Climate Strategies.
This project would carry out research analysis of pesticide pollution in terms of bioaccumulation in fishes and mollusks in the khazan ecosystem caused by agricultural operations. It would evaluate the spread of pesticides and fate of pesticides in an integrated system of Khazans of Goa.
Most methods of vulnerability assessments, in use at present, face conceptual, methodological or empirical challenges such as lack of an integrated framework, large-scale assumptions in case of data unavailability and a high degree of sensitivity to alternative methods for data aggregation etc.
The project is a joint collaboration between the World Resources Institute (WRI), TERI and TERI-BCSD India to design a program on GHG management and accounting that is attractive and practical for Indian businesses. The Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHGP) is one of the main internationally recognised GHG accounting standards which is widely used by government and business leaders.
International Mountain Day designated by United Nations (UN) and led by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) offers an opportunity to create awareness about the importance of mountains to life, to highlight the opportunities and constraints in mountain development and to build partnerships that may bring positive change to the world's mountains and highlands.
The project objective is to provide GRIHA consultancy for the proposed British School, Chankyapuri (Phase 1 and 2) and facilitation for GRIHA rating.
The assessment study will help to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and relevance of the Goal India's programme. It will also help to assess the overall changes in the perception of the target groups (towards the project) and assess the implementation of the project in the selected locations.
