The objectives of the project are: 1. Clonal selection of hosts for targeted inoculum type for development of customized inoculum depending upon plantation strategy and habitat requirements. Recent studies conducted at TERI confirm host mediated AM symbiosis, which earlier were being considered as non-host specific organisms. 2.
Setting up of a test project on village energy security at village Jambupani, District Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, for electrification of village Jambupani on decentralised basis power generation. The project includes 2 Nos.of 10 kWe capacity biomass gasifier with 100% producer gas engine, biogas plants inclusive of all accessories and civil works and 97 Nos. of TERI model cook stoves.
TERI, which has been identified by the ADB as Knowledge Hub on renewable energy, is developing the Regional Renewable Energy Knowledge Hub (ReKH) is undertaking the following activities: 1. Knowledge creation/generation 2. Knowledge transfer/application 3. Knowledge dissemination
The project involves identification of different energy saving and renewable energy options and preparation of an integrated action/implementation plan in consultation with the stakeholders; for developing Gandhinagar as a Solar City.
The objective of the project is to find out the impact on the various strata of the economy in terms of public, private and community sector with regard to liberalization in tourism and health sector.

This study attempts to forecast peak and off-peak load demand in the Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation Ltd. service area for the three seasons, summer, autumn and winter, of next 15 years. In addition to it the study will also capture the substation wise / geographic area wise peak and off-peak load forecast for the same three seasons of next 5 years.
TERI organised a south-south collaborative study tour for officials from Maldives on exploring technology options for climate change mitigation and adaptation.
