The site is located in Bangalore and the office complex has a total built up area of 4984 sq.m. The building will encompass office cabin, conference rooms, meeting rooms, technical and non-technical rooms. The client is intending to achieve the best standards in green building design and rating as per GRIHA rating. The total area considered for rating will be 2613 sq.m.
