AABs may play many functional roles in rhizosphere or for AMFs function and such functions may also be a way by which mitigation or adaptation to environmental changes taking place since millions of years and may take place in future as well. Bacterial communities and regulation of critical genes influenced by them can be a decisive factor in successful AMF colonization of plant roots.
A novel bioprocess development for lignin-rich bio-residue valorization to produce high-value/high-volume biochemicals and bioproducts. The model developed here will improve the sustainability of the 2G ethanol technology and offer an alternative solution to mitigate environmental pollution from rice straw burning in the fields. The detailed LCA and TEA of the optimized bench-scale bioprocess will evaluate the carbon footprint and economic viability of the technology.
The main purpose of the assignment would be: (1) Assessment of farmers eligibility to access encouraging opportunities and avail benefits of the scheme in terms of increasing the farmers’ income, employment, skills and its penetration across cow/buffalo, goat/sheep, piggery and poultry sectors with fulfillment of aim/objectives, as well as its efficacy and efficiency.
Chilli anthracnose is one of the most devastating fungal diseases affecting the quality and yield production of chilli. In India, primarily, C. capsici and C. gleosporoides are the main Colletotrichum species causing major damage on the green as well as red ripe stages of chilli fruits. Although, these fungi can also cause lesions on the leaves and stems, the most economically important damage results from the fruit rot symptoms.
The main objectives of the project are: (1) Optimize nutrients supply strategies in algae bacterial culture; (2) Enhance crop protection and stability using biological control; (3) Develop predictive, quantitative model to extrapolate from short-term bench scale experiments to temporal and spatial scales relevant to the biofuel industry; (4) Demonstration and validation of model in pilot scale cultivation systems.
The objectives of this project are to review the degree of impact on the beneficiaries in terms of income, employment generation, economic improvement, socio economic upliftment, evaluation of the present status of the project, effectiveness of the present monitoring mechanism, suggestions for improvement, analyze the project deliverance, milestones achieved, etc. under the sericulture projects.
The objectives of this project are to: (1) Increase the area under micro irrigation technologies to enhance water use efficiency in the country; (2) Increase productivity of crops and income of farmers through precision water management; (3) Promote micro irrigation technologies in water intensive consuming crops like sugarcane, banana, cotton etc.
The project aims in providing the local communities safe and sustainable market places, which will subsequently boost their business to a great level. The existing market spaces are not structured and 90% of the vendors put up their stalls by the roadside, thereby making it very unsafe for trade. The project thereby aims to provide two concrete market infrastructures at Rani Development Block.
The main objective of this project is to promote medicinal and aromatic plants in Garhwal and Kumaon regions of Uttarakhand for the rural economic upliftment of the poor living in these regions.
The National Rural Livelihood Mission’s (NRLM) main objective is to organize the poor into SHGs (self-help groups) and make them capable for self-employment. The challenge is to unleash their capabilities to generate meaningful livelihoods and enable them to come out of poverty. The main objective of the project is to assess the enhancement of livelihoods among the beneficiaries under NRLM.
