Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College is an upcoming institutional campus located at Karnal, Haryana. The project consists of two buildings: (1) institutional building; and (2) OPD building. TERI will provide GRIHA consultancy as well as the final documentation of GRIHA certification.
The project aims to identify molecular markers linked to YVMV resistance in Okra using mapping populations. A number of strategies such as QTL mapping and bulked segregant analysis will be done for this purpose.
The high oxygen content, acidity and immiscibility with petroleum fuels hinders large-scale applicability of bio-oil obtained via pyrolysis of biomass. This project proposes to develop a technology for Catalytic Two-Stage Stabilization and Upgradation of Bio-oil for enhanced stability and potential applications as fuels.
The project is an upcoming World HQ building in Gurgaon and will involve different resource optimisation techniques with an aim to achieve 5-star GRIHA rating. The resource optimisation involves optimisation of energy and water consumption of the building.
The Norwegian Embassy is adding a residential and chancery block on the existing campus and wants to get GRIHA rating. The objective is to design and energy optimization for compliance with GRIHA rating of the new blocks in the campus.
Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) is coming up with a new Zonal Office building at Bhopal with a builtup area of around 17000 sqft. CPCB management envisages the proposed project to be a GRIHA rated project and intends to achieve the best standards in green building design and thus to achieve it TERI has been to render GRIHA consultancy and Facilitation services.
The project objective includes providing green building consultancy and facilitation services for the upcoming buildings of ONGC in Chennai.The project comprises of an office building, recreation block, apartments (G+18), transit buildings and regional store.
TERI has undertaken socio-economic and environmental impact study of e-Bus services in Panaji. Under the Panaji Smart City e-bus project, Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTCL) has deployed 48 electric buses on internal routes and the outer circle of the city as a step towards decarbonizing the public transport sector.
