Decision support systems for local energy policy in India - Surat

The main goal of this project is to deliver a Proof of Concept of a decision support system to help the city council of Surat, India, to decide how to manage, extend or adapt its energy options. This will involve an initial assessment of the local needs, followed by an iterative process of gathering data, using existing energy demand, system and expansion models to process this data, building a Proof of Concept example of an end-user decision support system that can be used to visualise and optimise future decisions and outline the practical development path to a fully functional implementation.
