Detailing the highlights of a study, Economic Costs of Land Degradation in India, vis-a-vis a 2018 study, both by TERI, Dr Pia Sethi, Senior Fellow, TERI , said that the annual cost of degradation is greater than what would be the total cost of reclamation in 2030.
