TERI, under the NSTMIS-sponsored project, has developed a Digital Repository - a web-based platform, that stores and provides access to NSTMIS publications, reports, and datasets with advanced search and retrieval features. These form a comprehensive ecosystem for S&T data management, analysis, and dissemination in India.

Key Features of the platform:

• Includes in-house research publications and sponsored project reports, such as:
  • R&D statistics and indicators
  • Directories of institutions and projects
  • Innovation surveys and thematic studies
• Covers both regular publications (e.g., R&D statistics, funding patterns) and occasional publications (e.g., innovation surveys, thematic analyses).
• Provides project completion reports across themes like:
  • Human resources in S&T
  • Innovation and R&D infrastructure
  • Scientometrics and higher education studies

Technical & Functional Aspects

• Built on a web-based database system (Linux–Apache–MySQL–PHP).
• Offers advanced search capabilities (keyword, Boolean, metadata-based queries).
• Enables users to search by project title, investigator, year, subject, institution, and funding agency.
• Supports data export, indexing, and user-friendly retrieval tools.
