Assistance to FOR for Implementation of Model Regulations for Forecasting, Scheduling, and Deviation Settlement of Wind and Solar generating stations at the state Level

The main purpose of this consultancy support is to provide technical inputs/expert advice to the Technical Committee of Forum of Regulators (FOR) in the matters related to development of deviation settlement mechanism, forecasting and scheduling framework, ancillary services mechanism at state level.
