Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) is coming up with a new Zonal Office building at Bhopal with a builtup area of around 17000 sqft. CPCB management envisages the proposed project to be a GRIHA rated project and intends to achieve the best standards in green building design and thus to achieve it TERI has been to render GRIHA consultancy and Facilitation services. Following aspects of the green building design are currently being covered under the project - 1. Sustainable Site planning2. Building design Optimization3. Energy Performance Optimization

The project objective includes providing green building consultancy and facilitation services for the upcoming buildings of ONGC in Chennai.The project comprises of an office building, recreation block, apartments (G+18), transit buildings and regional store.
