TERI's survey on the impact of odd-even scheme

With the National Capital Region facing severe air pollution, the third phase of odd-even will be underway from November 4 to 15. During this period, TERI is conducting a survey to capture the impact of the Odd-Even scheme on the travel behavior of the daily commuters in Delhi.
