Mahindra TERI Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Habitats

Mr. Anand G. Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra Group will inaugurate the first-of-its-kind research facility on building materials. The Centre of Excellence, established by TERI and Mahindra Lifespaces Pvt Ltd, aims to mainstream energy efficiency in India’s real estate sector, via transformative solutions tailored for Indian climatic conditions.
