Post evaluation of JBIC-financed infrastructure projects in India

The main objectives are: (1) to review the implementation, effectiveness and impact of the project, and draw valuable lessons for enhancing the quality of JBIC's assistance in the future; (2) to assess the current situation, operation, maintenance and management of the completed projects, and make recommendations, if necessary, to the Borrower/Executing Agency to ensure proper operation in the future.
