Independent monitoring of mechanized road sweeping operation

The objective of this study will be to conduct an independent monitoring of mechanised road sweeping (MRS) operation in North Delhi Municipal Corporation area as a third party and identify gaps and deficiencies in the existing system and suggest possible corrective actions. The MRS operation audit will help in: (i) ensuring that regulatory compliances are being met; (ii) comparing current practices to benchmarks; (iii) generating baseline data and reviewing existing practices; (iv) establishing indicators and targets. In addition, fuel efficiency equations and brush usage will also be evaluated, based on fuel refilled and kilometres and hours operated.
