The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) celebrated India’s 67th Independence Day with nationalistic fervor at its headquarters in New Delhi today. Swept in a wave of patriotic exuberance, TERI’s researchers along with their families, commemorated the occasion by remembering the sacrifices made by the country’s freedom fighters in the struggle for India’s independence.

The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and Tetra Pak India today announced the launch of LEADearthSHIP – a youth programme on leadership and business sustainability in Delhi. A first of its kind initiative for graduate and post-graduate students, the programme was launched by actor and youth icon Purab Kohli and preeminent polar explorer Robert Swan, OBE.

The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and Tetra Pak India today announced the launch of LEADearthSHIP – a youth programme on leadership and business sustainability at Fergusson College. A first of its kind initiative for graduate and post-graduate students, the programme was flagged off in Pune this morning through an innovative ‘Cycle to Recycle’ rally.

TERI tops the ICCG Climate Think Tank list

TERI has been ranked first in the ICCG Climate Think Tank Ranking under the category “Absolute Global Rankings”. Absolute Rankings were built where all the activity outputs produced by the think tank in 2012 were considered in absolute terms .The two categories were: European and Global.
TERI Releases National Environment Survey on World Environment Day

The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) today has released the result of Environment Survey 2013 for six cities Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.. The total sample of 4039 was divided as a proportion of the total population of the six cities with 401 from Bengaluru, 431 Chennai, 1114 Delhi, 379 Hyderabad, 704 Kolkata and 1010 Mumbai.
