International leaders to deliberate on planetary resilience at TERI's World Sustainable Development Summit beginning February 16

New Delhi, February 14, 2022: Heads of State and Government, including the Prime Minister of India Mr Narendra Modi, Ministers for Environment from about a dozen countries, representatives from the United Nations, heads of inter-governmental organizations, and delegates from 126 countries will deliberate on planetary resilience at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI)'s latest edition of the World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS) beginning February 16.

नई दिल्ली, 24 दिसंबर: शुक्रवार, 24 दिसंबर को नई दिल्ली टेरी मुख्यालय में "द सेंटर ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस ऑन वॉटर रीयूज़” को लॉन्च किया गया, जोकि अपनी तरह का देश का पहला सेंटर ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस होगा। इसे नेशनल मिशन फॉर क्लीन गंगा (एनएमसीजी), जल शक्ति मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार और द एनर्जी एंड रिसोर्सेज इंस्टिट्यूट (टेरी) के द्वारा लॉन्च किया गया।

December 20, New Delhi: Underscoring the need for definitive road mapping to decarbonise the cement sector in India -- one of largest emitters of Greenhouse Gases -- stakeholders, industry representatives, and experts taking part in a workshop jointly organised by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), LeadIT Secretariat, and the Strategic Partnership for the Implementation of Paris Agreement (SPIPA) project, in New Delhi on Monday, December 20, called for policy, technical as well as economic interventions to green the sector.
