Preparing action plan against air pollution in Ludhiana, Punjab

The main objectives of the proposed study are to:
a. measure air pollutants concentrations (criteria pollutants) at different area categories of Ludhiana city
b. prepare grid-wise emission inventory accounting for various pollution sources in Ludhiana city
c. project emission inventories for future under different control options
d. conduct source apportionment study of particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5)
e. preparation of an air quality action plan after prioritising of control options
