Consultancy services on tender documents "Demand forecasting and Energy Portfolio Management (EPM)"

The detailed scope of work for consultancy services for demand forecasting, energy portfolio management (EPM) in BESCOM will be as follows;

1. Tender document review and comments on appropriateness of the draft with changes;
2. Draft for agreement for the tender document;
3. Sufficiency of portfolio management modules and technical parameters of the project;
4. Review of general regulatory compliance and any specific or existing or upcoming regulation as suggested by the client;
5. Review of tender against other similar tenders to study sufficiency of scope of work and estimated value of work.
