Akshay Urja

Akshay Urja is a bimonthly magazine published by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), with support from GIZ on behalf of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India.

The magazine features content covering a wide range of renewable energy (RE) topics, including its applications in both rural and urban India. It highlights detailed case studies and success stories of photovoltaic (PV) projects, along with expert commentary on major schemes and initiatives. The publication also includes feature articles on emerging innovations, technologies, implementation strategies, and educational aspects. Overall, the initiative aims to raise awareness about the development of RE across the country, including state-level policies.
