Ms Aabha Ballal

Ms Aabha Ballal is the Research Associate and Area Convenor of the Centre for Forest Management & Governance area in the Land Resources Division. Her expertise lies in natural resource management, community forest governance, and carbon finance. In her role, she contributes to proposal development, data analysis, and research on projects focused on carbon finance, forestry, and biodiversity.

Ms Ballal holds an MPhil in Natural Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal, and a Master's degree in Environment Management from the Forest Research Institute (FRI), Dehradun.
