Widening the coverage of PAT scheme in subsequent phases by adding new subsectors

The PAT scheme is planned in order to incentivize industry to achieve better energy efficiency improvements than their specified SEC improvement target in a cost-effective manner. Widening the scope to new industrial subsectors will allow more industries to participate in energy efficiency improvement drive.
