Design, Development and Implementation of Project Management System (PMS) for RECOFTC
The Program Management System (PMS) will automate the processes of program management for effective planning, tracking and reporting of programs at RECOFTC. The scope of the system starts from project initiation, which includes activity scheduling, budgeting, grant/ payment schedule, project monitoring etc. till project completion.
This will allow users to perform their activities, retrieve necessary information on demand and generate effective MIS reports as per their profiles. Dashboards will provide the critical information in graphical formats for quick status reviews and decision-making. Automated notifications, alerts and reminders would keep all the stakeholders informed and involved in process.
