SAP India and TERI Join Hands to Propel India's Sustainability Agenda

The collaboration will support key industry sectors, organizations and government in the journey towards India becoming a sustainable economy

New Delhi, January 17, 2022: SAP India today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) to mutually support India's larger sustainability agenda. The program will aim to achieve sustainability in all aspects of operations, service delivery and governance across key industries, societies, and government.

नई दिल्ली, 24 दिसंबर: शुक्रवार, 24 दिसंबर को नई दिल्ली टेरी मुख्यालय में "द सेंटर ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस ऑन वॉटर रीयूज़” को लॉन्च किया गया, जोकि अपनी तरह का देश का पहला सेंटर ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस होगा। इसे नेशनल मिशन फॉर क्लीन गंगा (एनएमसीजी), जल शक्ति मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार और द एनर्जी एंड रिसोर्सेज इंस्टिट्यूट (टेरी) के द्वारा लॉन्च किया गया।

20 दिसंबर, नई दिल्ली: द एनर्जी एंड रिसोर्सेज इंस्टिट्यूट, लीडआईटी सेक्रेटेरिएट, द स्ट्रेटेजिक पार्टनरशिप फॉर द इम्प्लीमेंटेशन ऑफ़ पेरिस एग्रीमेंट (SPIPA) प्रोजेक्ट द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से आयोजित एक कार्यशाला में लेने वाले हितधारकों, उद्योग प्रतिनिधियों और विशेषज्ञों ने भारत में सीमेंट क्षेत्र को डीकार्बोनाइज करने के लिए निश्चित रोड मैपिंग की आवश्यकता को रेखांकित किया और साथ ही इस क्षेत्र में काम करने के लिए नीति, तकनीक और आर्थिक हस्तक्षेप पर भी ज़ोर दिया।

December 20, New Delhi: Underscoring the need for definitive road mapping to decarbonise the cement sector in India -- one of largest emitters of Greenhouse Gases -- stakeholders, industry representatives, and experts taking part in a workshop jointly organised by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), LeadIT Secretariat, and the Strategic Partnership for the Implementation of Paris Agreement (SPIPA) project, in New Delhi on Monday, December 20, called for policy, technical as well as economic interventions to green the sector.

9 दिसंबर, 2021: राजधानी की ख़राब होती हवा के बीच, द एनर्जी एंड रिसोर्सेज इंस्टीट्यूट (टेरी) की एक नयी स्टडी बताती है कि कैसे पीएम2.5 कंसन्ट्रेशन्स को कम किया जा सकता है साथ ही भविष्य के विभिन्न परिदृश्यों के मॉडल को भी प्रस्तुत करती है। 'Cost-effectiveness of interventions for control of air pollution in Delhi' शीर्षक वाली ये स्टडी ब्लूमबर्ग फिलैंथ्रॉपीस द्वारा समर्थित है और इसे गुरुवार, 9 दिसंबर को जारी किया गया। यह स्टडी कई हस्तक्षेपों की लागत-प्रभावशीलता का आकलन करती है और पीएम 2.5 कंसन्ट्रेशन्स में कमी लाने के तरीकों पर बात करती है।
