Winter School on Advanced Applications of Nanotechnology for Food and Environment

The Winter School on advanced application of nanotechnology for food and environment will promote research perspective and impart transformative educational experience to students.

TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC) in collaboration with Department of Biotechnology, Government of India is organizing a Winter School on "Advanced Application of Nanotechnology for Food and Environment," February 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 03:15 PM IST. The intense one-day programme aims to promote research perspective and impart transformative educational experience to high achievers and ambitious students.

Through participatory learning experiences facilitated by multidisciplinary faculty-student interactions, interactive lectures, and innovative learning methods, the programme will help students explore opportunities through interactive lectures and innovative learning methods to invoke a path of self-discovery.

The hallmark of the TDNBC is its enriching variety. It achieves this by discussing topics covering myriad aspects and issues while simultaneously inviting students from other institutes to apply for the programme to create a diverse learning group. The intellectual environment is also enriched by bringing in potential professionals, academicians, and experts from across the country and abroad to teach. Open to students from varied backgrounds, the winter school becomes a dynamic and prosperous multicultural learning environment.

This pallet would be expanded in the coming years by offering more intellectually stimulating courses involving multi-sensorial learning, focusing on specialized processes, and imparting skills.
