The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) will be hosting the 5th annual International Conference on 'NANOFORAGRI 2021' at TERI RETREAT, Gual Pahari, Gurugram from December 8-9, 2021 . The Conference will expand on the theme of 'Technology readiness and overcoming regulatory barriers to implement nanotechnology-enabled agriculture for sustainable future'.
The two-day International Conference will focus on the world's readiness for achieving the UN's Sustainable Development Goal: End hunger, achieve food security, and promote sustainable agriculture, through the application of nanotechnology. The high-level event will work towards engaging stakeholders involved in NanoAgriculture with experts across the globe to showcase breakthrough research towards nano-driven shift in agriculture practices.
Amid the many uncertainties and restrictions due to COVID-19, the Conference will be organized in a hybrid mode with possibility for both in-person and virtual experience for participants from India and only virtual meeting for international participants. The 'NANOFORAGRI 2021' meeting promises to be a strong, robust scientific forum with ensuring that the content is accessible to the greater NanoAgriculture research community.
