- It is essential to collect gender disaggregated data. Prioritizing collection and analysis of such data to discern the specific challenges faced by women (such as drudgery and pesticide exposure) in agriculture. This data-driven approach will provide critical insights into the disproportionate impacts of unsustainable practices on women, enabling targeted interventions to mitigate these challenges effectively.
