Ministry of health and family welfare had shown interest to make their proposed buildings green and TERI is giving consultancy in the form of design cherrate. Cherrate will be conducted in six weeks on each Thursday and Friday, in which TERI team and the project consultant will sit together and do the analysis.

This project is based in rural Karnataka, which is affected by high levels of naturally occurring fluoride in groundwater due to arid climate and granitic bedrock. The strategic tie-up brings together natural and social scientists. The idea is to take our `lab based research? to `grass root level?.
