The 3rd TERI-KAS Conference on "Resource Security: The Governance Dimension" was held from 3-4 October 2008 in Goa.

As increasing proportions of the World’s population, production and consumption become concentrated in urban areas, the need for urban development patterns that are more ecologically sustainable becomes obvious.
