Preparation of Project Identification Form (PIF) and Project Preparation Grant (PPG) Documents for the Demonstration and Promotion of Biomass-based Power Plants in Sierra Leone

The project activity is to describe the baseline power scenario in Sierra Leone and prepare the detailed product identification form (PIF) and project preparation grant (PPG) document for biomass power project promotion in Sierra Leone. The activity includes:

Identification of the need for the project;

Identification and detailing of the project component, expected output, and outcomes for each component;

Estimation of indicative total budget and expected GEF Grant and co-financing components;

Preparing the details of the technical consultancy required with budget estimates at PPG stage.
