Registration fees guidelines

AOC5 local organizing team is happy to announce the fees reduction for the conference aspirants. The new fees structure is presented below.

This reduced fees will extend as such till 15th January, 2015 (spot registration).
Participants willing to present oral presentations/poster presentations must make their payments effectively on or before 21 December, 2014 (Sunday) for the consideration of their abstracts.
Kindly choose your applicable category appropriately, as we have made certain changes in fees structure, not presented earlier.

NOTE: For overseas participants the actual payments may vary slightly depending upon the current exchange rate of currency.

The Registration fees include:

Attendance to all the sessions and workshops.
One Conference kit.
Conference lunches and refreshments (3 days).
One gala cocktail dinner, one cocktail get together.
Conference Attendance Certificate.

Request for cancellation of registration, if any, shall be informed by mail to AOC 5.

Citizens of all countries require a valid passport and an appropriate visa. Visa must be obtained abroad from an Indian Mission. If any foreign delegate is attending the conference, approvals from Nodal Ministry, MHA and MEA need to be taken. To get visa for participants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, and foreigners of Pakistan origin settled in other countries, the information on the particular format to be given and sent to AOC 5 Secretariat at least 10 weeks before the commencement of their travel.
