Membership is open to researchers, staff of non-governmental organizations, government officials, employees of corporate bodies, students, teachers, consultants, and policy-makers in the area of energy, environment, and sustainable development. Application forms are available at the library help desk and can also be downloaded from the web site. A proof of identity is required while submitting the completed form

Facilities and Rules

Library resources are available for reference.
Inter-library loans are allowed
Borrowing of resources is not allowed
Photocopying facility can be availed at a nominal fee (as per TERI rules)
Members must carry the membership card whenever they visit the Library
Members will not be allowed to use the library in the absence of membership card
The membership card is not transferable
Members will be held responsible for the misuse of the membership card, which will lead to its cancellation
Loss of the membership card should be reported immediately either by phone, fax, or e-mail
Mutilation of books is strictly prohibited
Working hours: 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

The library may amend its rule as and when required.
