On the side-lines of the 11th GRIHA Summit, Suresh Prabhu, MP, Rajya Sabha inaugurated Venu Kutir, a bamboo cottage at the
India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Made without using any water or generating waste, the cottage presented bamboo as one of the
most sustainable and environmentally friendly building materials.
