About Us
The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI)
TERI was formally established in 1974 with the purpose of tackling and dealing
with the immense and acute problems that mankind is likely to face within
the years ahead on account of the gradual depletion of earth’s finite energy
resources which are largely non-renewable and on account of the existing
methods of their use which are polluting. For further details log on to

Library and Information Centre, TERI
The Library and Information Centre of TERI, caters to knowledge input needs
of both institutional and external professionals by collecting, collating, and
disseminating knowledge products and services. Besides providing research
assistance to users, the core competency of the centre includes providing
innovative services, web content development, contributions to publications,
undertaking knowledge-based projects and setting up specialized information
centres on contemporary themes like transport, renewable energy and
environment, mycorrhiza, and climate change.
Registration
The registration fee for participants is Rs 2000 (excluding
accommodation). Particpants need to fill the registration
form. The registration will be confirmed subject to
payment received online or demand draft in favour of
" The Energy and Resources Institute", payable at
New Delhi. The last date for registration is
30th January 2015.
