TERI ESG Academy organised a one-day Executive Leadership Programme on "ESG Strategy for Business Sustainability" for the senior leadership and management team of MMTC-PAMP India Pvt. Ltd. on 14 August 2026 at the company's corporate office in Gurugram.
MMTC-PAMP is a joint venture between MKS PAMP SA, Switzerland, and MMTC Ltd., a Government of India enterprise, and is India's only LBMA-accredited gold and silver refinery. The programme was attended by the senior leadership of the organisation.

The sessions were delivered by Dr Shruti Sharma, Associate Professor, TERI SAS; Group Captain (Retd.) Dr SN Mishra, Professor of Practice, TERI SAS; and Dr Moumita Acharyya, Assistant Professor, TERI SAS.
Dr Amit Kumar Thakur highlighted the importance of the ESG Academy for the Global South, spoke on the role of renewable energy in India's growth and its relevance for businesses. He also highlighted LaBL 2.0, TERI's initiative focused on creating livelihoods through the expansion of clean energy while supporting vulnerable sections of society.
The programme concluded with an engaging discussion on India's evolving ESG landscape, emerging business priorities and the way forward for responsible and sustainable growth.
