Dr Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog delivered the presidential address at the 18th Darbari Seth Memorial Lecture, at Stein Auditorium in India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, on August 27, 2019. He spoke about efforts to create an ambitious yet doable 2047 vision document for India. He also highlighted the need for innovation in India, the percentage of GDP spending on research, and efforts to create city-based science and technology clusters in various parts of the country.
