CDM Training Program
TERI organized a half-day training program for senior officials of government of Haryana. The objective of the program was to sensitize the government officials about the CDM opportunities. The training programme gave an introduction to the CDM and its modalities and procedures, specific opportunities and issues in power sector, renewable energy and forestry sectors.
The enthusiasm expressed by te participating officials was quite overwhelming. Certain potential sector for intervention in Haryana were identified. Also the need for further interactions, including the industries was highlighted.
