High-level GCAS Official Affiliate Event: India Climate Actions

The GCAS - to be hosted in San Francisco, California from September 12 to 14, 2018 by the Governor of California - will be bringing together over 5,000 national, state, and city leaders from around the world to showcase the tremendous efforts being made to achieve a clean energy economy. On behalf of the Summit, the Natural Resources Defense Council and partners, the US-India Business Council, The Energy and Resources Institute, the Administrative Staff College of India, and the Self Employed Women's Association, will be organizing an official affiliate event: High Level GCAS Official Affiliate Event: India Climate Actions, from September 12, 2018 at 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM in San Francisco, USA.

A select group of high level policy makers, international business leaders and civil society leaders have been invited to join in for a robust and comprehensive conversation on climate actions in India. The focus will be on climate action in India on building energy efficiency, efficient cooling, HFCs, renewable energy deployment, electric vehicles, sustainable finance, clean air, heat action plans and energy access.
