-Metagenome analysis: Isolation of DNA from different soil samples and QIIME analysis of the DNA sequence (provided by vendor).
-Soil analysis (enzymes, SOC, Total carbon, Nitrogen)
-Isolation of PGPR from soil samples and their DNA extraction for molecular identification.
-Interactive study of bacteria and fungus.
-Growth curve analysis.
