Team Lead (FLR and Livelihoods Consultant)


Job Profile

- Lead project planning activities under the project.
- Laision with project partners and consortium members.
- Laision with senior officials of MoEFCC.
- Laision with state forest and other line departments (Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Uttarakhand)
- Participate in National and State level Steering Committee Meetings.
- Guide and mentor team to complete project deliverables as per timelines.
- Support in developing convergence between existing public funds and government schemes.
- Oversee and monitor development of FLR Financing Plans
- Leading and ideating participation and aggregation of organisations and stakeholders under PPP modes.
- Guiding in developing business models and business case for FLR in India
- Network, negotiate and partner with investors, financial service providers to raise funds for the FLR activities under the project.


Experience

20 - 40 Years


Qualification

PhD & Masters (forestry- ecology- environmental studies or allied subjects)


Skills

1. Retired civil services professional (preferably)
2. Around 30 years of professional experience
3. Experience of negotiations for multilateral environmental agreements
4. Liaising with MoEFCC and other state forest departments and line departments
