Industrial Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Technologies (IEEST) Group, New Delhi
TERI has vast experience in energy efficiency and conservation in
Indian industries. Major interest of TERI’s IEEST group is in
improving energy efficiency in industry through various activities like
energy audits, capacity building & training, technology development,
deployment and dissemination and feasibility studies. The group has
a range of projects from large, medium and small-scale industries. TERI
is the market leader in the field of energy audits in India with more
than 600 detailed energy audits carried out across industry in India
and abroad. TERI professionals engaged in this activity are well experienced
and the institute has all the state-of-art equipments with a high degree
of accuracy for use during field measurements.

Recruitment Procedure
TERI seldom advertises for positions, but entertains voluntary applications from potential candidates from round the world. Every application thus received gets a definite response. Candidates that appear to fit into TERI's activities and future plans are asked to provide names of three persons who could be approached for confidential references about the candidate. Decisions on the appoints are taken on the basis of interviews, seminar presentations and other forms of interaction with designated persons within TERI.
